Call For Conferance Papers

We extend a warm invitation to all esteemed authors to actively contribute and shape the conference by submitting their research abstracts, papers, and posters. We highly encourage high-quality research contributions that describe original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in the diverse fields of Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Mechatronic Engineering, and Natural Sciences.

GEC2024 provides registered participants with the opportunity to present their papers through oral presentations and/or poster sessions. All presentations will be conducted in English to ensure effective communication and understanding among attendees.

Authors have the flexibility to submit their scientific papers in either abstract or full-text format. To ensure adherence to the guidelines and preparation standards, we have prepared detailed instructions for preparing full text papers in English. Please refer to the document titled
"GEC2024 - Instructions for Preparing Full Text Papers (English)". Template.

By submitting an article, authors implicitly confirm that the described results have not been previously published (except as an abstract, part of a published lecture, or an academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that all authors have approved its publication. Furthermore, authors must obtain written consent from the Publisher before publishing the accepted paper in the same form, in English or any other language.

Authors are obligated to address the remarks and comments provided by the reviewers, and also to adhere to the Instructions for Preparing Papers, Reference List Specifications, and technical remarks and corrections from the Editorial Board.

All papers will be published in English, and authors are expected to submit papers free of typographical errors (please utilize spell checking tools). The Editorial Board reserves the right to make minor corrections and shorten the text of the paper, as long as it does not impact the author's ideas and presentation. After the computer layout of the paper, authors will receive the text as a .pdf file for final approval.

We greatly appreciate the dedication and effort of all authors in advancing knowledge and fostering innovation in their respective fields of research.

The abstract papers should consist of a minimum of 500 words. Full text papers should not exceed 12 pages, including figures and tables. All papers must be submitted electronically in MS Word format (.doc or .docx file).

For each author, please provide their full name, with personal (or first) name(s) followed by family (or last) name(s), and affiliation. The family or last name(s) should be written in capital letters. In the case of multiple authors, indicate the corresponding author and provide their full postal address, email address, and affiliation.

To ensure a consistent structure, each paper should be organized in the following order: title, author(s), affiliation(s), abstract, keywords, body of the text with numbered sections and subsections (including introduction, conclusions, acknowledgment if necessary, nomenclature, and references). Please remember to include page numbers throughout the paper.

We appreciate your attention to these formatting guidelines, as they contribute to the overall clarity and coherence of the conference proceedings.
